· Born in Damascus, 1964.
· Graduate of Faculty of Law, BA, 1987.
· Member of Syndicate of Lawyers in Syria.
· Member of the Int’l Federation of Photography “FIAP”, in Switzerland.
· Practicing photographer and amateur of photo-techniques.
· Author of many related articles in several specialized periodicals.
· Recipient of many local and international prizes:
· Award of Merit, UNESCO, Paris 1997. ARSICA foundation of Islamic Arts.
· 4th prize of the Earth contest, United Nations 2000-2001. Held by FIAP.
· Golden Medal of Honor, from the State of Vatican 2001.
· Medal of Honor, from the Federation of Arab Photographers, on his exhibition “Eastern Women”.
· 1st prize of “Woman & Development” contest. Unite Nation, Bureau of Development & Inhabitants, 2003.
· Participant in several collective Art-Exhibitions, as well as 3 individual:
· 1st Exhibition: “Portraiture” 1998, Arab Cultural Center, Damascus.
· 2nd Exhibition: “Eastern Women” 2002, Arab Cultural Center, Damascus.
· 3rd Exhibition: “Dervish Rituals” 2007, at Khan of As’ad Pasha, Damascus.
· Many of his artworks are acquired by cultural institutes and art galleries, in Syria and abroad.
